Just popping this here - a sort of "pattern" template we use for the urgent care streaming tool. The "what does this mean?" element is a NEVER EVER USE THIS UNLESS YOU REALLY HAVE TO type vibe... and "rationale" is not quite a "hint" in the way we use hint text to help fill in fields, it's further information to help you answer the question.
