What happens when the email password expires?

More of question really, also do we know what the expiry period is?

Also is there a way to warn an admin in the UI? Perhaps via a simple message to say when the expiry date is, and they need to change the password before then?

If the password does expire and emails are not sent, do they fail? Are they queued?

From NHS Mail helpdesk:

• The NHS Mail policy is such that the password must be reset every 365 days
• The mailbox will be sent an email 18 days before
• Then 10, 5, 2 and 1 day before

We've agreed that the owner of the Admin dashboard will notify us when the password is due to expire.
