Testing and Assurance

The specification should highlight the basic information about the testing and assurance process. We should also include how to start the process of enguaging with NHS Digital and how to become a NEMS user.

This will probably be something we need add when we have done the service work, currently the people who will be implementing the NEMS publishers and subscribers will be being approached by NHS Digital programs, this is mainly relevant when the functionality goes live and people can start requesting to use the service who are not part of the private beta.
