Hi,
I want to cut text in a note and then have the text on the clipboard be reformatted and inserted at the current cursor position.

Initial condition:
this is the text I want to reformat

(Note: the sentence above has two problems. this is not capitalized. And there isn't a period in the end.

Intended outcome:
I want to cut the text above, removing it from the note. It will be on the clipboard.

So, now after I cut the text, the note is empty and the cursor is in position 1. Then I will invoke the template.

Questions:

1. Which folder should I put the prompt? Local?
2. Which Text Generator command should I use to invoke the template?
3. What should the template contain exactly?

Background:
I get a lot of misformed text from YouTube transcripts, from Snipd (for podcasts) and from Kindle. I don't always capture full sentences and as a result, my documents require a lot of hand editing.

If I was processing Kindle highlights, I could cut a chapter and invoke the reformat template. I'm hoping to do this on my phone or my laptop.

Any help would be much appreciated! 🙏
