Predict how many samples you need for your next RNA seq experiment using available data for estimation of variance in genes for different tumortypes

User controls 1. gene, 2. tumorType, 3. isCellLine, 4. assay(bulk/sc)

slider control: magnitude of change expected

output: variance in data, number of samples required (ideal, minimum)

Question: are there tools that do this already? this does not seem to be a disease-specific question/analysis, but I could be wrong.
