Description of the bug

As reported on this slack thread: "consistently seen failures at the DOWNLOAD_PDBMMCIF step. The output of .command.err at this step is below:

find: gunzip: Argument list too long
find: gunzip: Argument list too long
mv: can't rename './raw/00/*.cif': No such file or directory
