When the tables (/views) are too long the user might get confused by the amount of rows

Describe the solution you'd like

Add pagination in the view frontend with an attribute in the backend to set how many rows should be displayed per page

It was decided to postpone this, since pagination would limit multiple functionalities just as filtering and searching. This will be discussed again when #279 is being developed. Therefore I will close it for now.
