Hello,

I have been looking at the development of the tables app and other nextcloud apps and really love the direction it's taking. I am not aware of all the ins and outs of these projets, but i really wanted to share a few of my thoughts about the Nextcloud tables and some usecases I think it should go about.

Every business works on processus or procedure, it's a set of tasks that have been defined who regulate the business.
I believe the tables app should be the cornerstone of the processus enabler in nextcloud and allow for some simple or more complicated tasks with the help of the other app. I kind of described a process below and would really want to know how far the Nextcloud project can deliver on this kind of process ?

Let's talk about the vacation request examples. On a fluid business process it would go like that.

I think with this kind of process, we can see that the table app needs some triggers (on approval) to be updated that the text apps needs to contain specific row of a table based on some filters.

Forms or text app needs to embed a kind of add row to a table and with some triggers can update a table or add a row

Maybe it's already in place and I can not see all this in the complexity of this projet. It would be good to have some kind of user's experience to be able to create those kinds of flow process inside Nextcloud.
