webdav broken from windows (explorer) and osx(finder): files uploaded has 0 byte dimensions #4197

Steps to reproduce

1.connect from windows / osx to owncloud
2.try to upload a file
3.

Expected behaviour

Everithing uploaded correctly

Actual behaviour

on OSx you get error 36 and files with 0 dimensions, on windows you get "error reading file" and files with 0 byte dimension. Everything ok from davfs2 + linux, cyberduck via webdav,

Server configuration

Operating system:
debian lxc container

Web server:
apache as reverse proxy, nginx as webserver

Database:
mariadb

PHP version:
php fpm 7.1

Nextcloud version: (see Nextcloud admin page)

If you have access to your command line run e.g.:

from within your Nextcloud installation folder

Make sure to remove all sensitive content such as passwords. (e.g. database password, passwordsalt, secret, smtp password, …)

Are you using external storage, if yes which one: glusterfs in local dir

With access to your command line run e.g.:

from within your Nextcloud installation folder

Without access to your command line download the data/owncloud.db to your local
computer or access your SQL server remotely and run the select query:
SELECT * FROM `oc_appconfig` WHERE `appid` = 'user_ldap';


Eventually replace sensitive data as the name/IP-address of your LDAP server or groups.

I cannot reproduce this problem with Finder on macOS. Could you try to update to 11.0.3 because we fixed some stuff in there.
