[Bug]: Sync fails with auto send

Bug description

The share dialog is looking incomplete.

I have the netxcloud app on my phone and on my computer, when I take a photo on my cell phone, it is sent to the server and downloaded to the clients, in this case the other client is my Notebook, but a message always appears "Some files could not be synced", and "could not be located". However the file is on the server, but updates at the moment, if I click "Synchronize now" button then the files are downloaded from the server.

Steps to reproduce

1. Right click on the file
2. Click on Share Options
3. The share dialog does not display the option to share by e-mail
   ...
4. I took a photo with my cell phone
5. The photo was automatically uploaded to my Nextcloud server
6. Error synchronizing the photo on my Notebook with Nextcloud Desktop

Expected behavior

When clicking on the share dialog, share by e-mail should be an option.

Hi @talesam - Thanks for the report. Based on the log output this appears to be the same underlying cause as #34958. It has since been fixed in >=v25.0.4 via #36439. Feel free to follow-up if it continues after you upgrade.
