Internal server error following update from 13.0.4 to 13.0.5 #10373
Comments
It looks like your app data directory was somehow changed. Could you run |
@MorrisJobke Unfortunately I have no shell access. Any way to do that strictly via PHP? |
Not that I'm aware of ... |
@MorrisJobke I do see that the folder files_versions does not exist in /home/foo/ownCloud/data/appdata_50a3bdec5bca4/js/. Is there any way at all I can cause that folder and its' files to be recreated? Might temporarily disabling files_versions help in some way? |
Running |
@MorrisJobke Understood that from your previous message, but still have no command line access and there's no chance I will get it. If I disable the files_versions and files_trashbins apps directly in the database, then I can log in successfully. If I re-enable those apps, then the internal server error returns. If I attempt to enable them in the web interface, it shows the message, "Error: This app can not be enabled because it makes the server unstable." Sure would be useful to be able to run maintenance commands some other way than via the command line since so many people have no access to that. |
I manually created data/appdata_50a3bdec5bca4/js/files_versions and data/appdata_50a3bdec5bca4/css/files_trashbin directories, then successfully enabled the two apps in the web interface. All appears working now. I hope this information might help someone else in the future. |
Please help!
