Upgrading from 13.0.1 to 13.0.5 using CLI gets stuck #10371

It will have some downtime, because it enables the maintenance mode. |

Expected behaviour
Successful upgrade from 13.0.1 to 13.0.5
Actual behaviour
The occ upgrade gets stuck after the following step and does nothing:
