The support for ownCloud is dropped with the release of version 0.8.1. There is a branch (stable-0.8) with this snapshot, so it is possible to develop from there or to fork the app with the latest ownCloud compatible version. Important patches will be backported as long as Nextcloud 12 is supported (this will be until the release of Nextcloud 14).
The reason is the necessary affort of keeping the app compatible with ownCloud and Nextcloud with ongoing incompatibilty of both derivates. So we decided to concentrate on Nextcloud.
