Lets-encrypt message in web panel "You should run Lets Encrypt for trusted encrypted access" #1941

For a while now, on NCP 1.53 and now 1.54, I've been seeing the message at the top of the NCP web panel:
" You should run Lets Encrypt for trusted encrypted access"

However, my lets encrypt is enabled, and re-enabling or disabling and re-enabling; does nothing. In fact, at the end of the script and output before it is complete (from what I can tell), it crashes and the page changes to "something has gone wrong. Try refreshing the page" or something to that effect.

Before and after I did the above, I can login to my nextcloud, and the internet browser says the certificate is good.

So I'm not sure why I'm getting this message in the web panel or in my notifications in my nextcloud dashboard.
