Allow setting any custom target for opening a link, this allows to reuse tabs / windows.
E.g. for
collectivesthe print and export page will be opened in a new tab, if you export multiple collectives it will spam the browser with new tabs.This PR would allow to reuse that tab for all export views, see also MDN on this topic: developer.mozilla.org#reuse_existing_windows_and_avoid_target_blank
