[Bug]: Error access settings/admin/logging nextcloud 28.0.0 RC1

Bug description

After upgrade to nextcloud 28.0.0 RC1, I cannot access the logs screen.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install server nextcloud 28.0.0 RC1
2. Access to settings/admin/logging

Expected behavior

View logs.
