When you adda normal user to the system. some application folders are created and the skeleton is copied in to the users home folder.
Guest doesn't get this since their home folder is read only. This breaks apps and causes odd propblems in Files, Collectiives, Deck, Talk and more.
For example:
As the collectives folder is'nt created. It thinks that / Is the collectives and creates the collectives there instead of the collectives folder.
When a folder is assigned for shares. No files will be visible for the guest user until that "shared with me" folder is created and indexed manually.
Talk will add the files to the root folder causing a huge list of mess with files. And the geust user has no way of creating folders to structure this mess.
A good option would be that system like folder got created. Or some kind of skeleton for guest users that can be copied in.
This creates problems on a few instances that i manage. Quite a few support queries.
