I have Elasticsearch installed and it appears to work. PDF files are searchable.

But it doesn't seem to be doing anything with my heic images. How can I get this to search text in heic images?

So it looks like recognize creates temporary jpeg files of heic images to index them for the photos app. Can we get this feature added into this app?
