Bug description

On Windows, there is no Nextcloud context menu for the virtual files, i.e. files only on the cloud side. As soon as files are downloaded/opened, Nextcloud context menu (sharing, copy link, etc.) becomes available. This is not supposed to be the right behavior. If you look at Google Drive and MS OneDrive and other service providers, their context menu is consistently available for all files.

Steps to reproduce

Right click on the files still in virtual files mode (i.e. they are not yet downloaded locally)

Expected behavior

See "Nextcloud" in the context menu with sub-menu items such as copy links and sharing files.
