Note to recepient it is not being displayed in the 'share options' dialog.
Steps to reproduce
Go to 'Share options' of any file
Share the file to another user
Click on 'Note to recepient'
Write anything
Save it
Go to 'Share options' of the file you just shared
Check the text field under 'Note to recepient'
The text field is empty however the text is shown in the server
Maybe this is unrelated but just in case: in the server, the checkbox 'Note to recepient' was disabled, but once you click on it, you would see the text.
Expected behavior
Go to 'Share options' of the file you just shared
Check the text field under 'Note to recepient'
The field should display the text that was save a minute ago
