Fix models which use ACG

Due to neuronsimulator/nrn#3190 being merged, a bunch of models now fail in the CI with an error like:

'ACG' not a public member of 'Random'

The task would be to replace the ACG RNG with Random123 in the affected models.

Models affected:

• 105507 (fix: Replace ACG with Random123 ModelDBRepository/105507#4)
• 139150 (fix: Replace ACG with Random123 ModelDBRepository/139150#1)
• 138379 (fix: Replace ACG with Random123 ModelDBRepository/138379#4, but maybe needs NetStim no longer accepts MCellRan4 generator ModelDBRepository/138379#3 first)
• 146949 (fix: Replace ACG and MCellRan4 with Random123 ModelDBRepository/146949#5, but maybe needs NetStim no longer accepts MCellRan4 generator ModelDBRepository/146949#4 first)
• 150245 (fix: Replace ACG with Random123 ModelDBRepository/150245#5)
• 180373 (fix: Replace ACG with Random123 ModelDBRepository/180373#1)
• 185513 (fix: Replace ACG with Random123 ModelDBRepository/185513#3)
• 189347 (fix: Replace ACG with Random123 ModelDBRepository/189347#1)
