Hard code values for deprecated environment variables #338

We are removing support for the following variables:

  • NB_GRAPH_ADDRESS
  • NB_GRAPH_PORT
  • NB_API_PORT (used in Dockerfile) - need to remove this?

Not planned for now as these environment variables may still be useful in development scenarios (the Docker Compose recipe currently will just create them with hardcoded values).
