Tracy won't stick to bottom when screenshotting whole page in Chrome

Bug Description

Hi. When i was taking whole-page screenshot, there was something i noticed - tracy was not at bottom - the bar was where it was when screenshotter started screenshotting. I use GoFullPage - https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/gofullpage-full-page-scre/fdpohaocaechififmbbbbbknoalclacl

I noticed it on page where Magento Developer Toolbar, which works perfectly when screenshotting. Toolbar looks like this:

Steps To Reproduce

• Install GoFullPage
• Visit long page with tracy bar
• Take screenshot
• See that bar is not at bottom

Expected Behavior

Tracy will stick to bottom of page

Possible Solution

Another method of sticking to bottom
