Describe the bug
In logs and in GUI for some reason some devices does not get fetched.
Tried both enter IP and DNS name in configuration file but same issues. SSL certificate ignored.

What other entries are in the log for this host?

Have you tried running the report on just that host? ie:

$ ./bigipreport.ps1 file.xml hostname

should just process hostname from the xml file.

Common problems are:

• Firewall being closed
• Need to restart restjavad (bigstart restart restjavad)
• Insufficient permissions (login to the device with the user to check)

Try Tims suggestion and post the logs. If you still have issues you can join our discord. I can usually help at lunch time, Swedish time.

Hi! I got different error messages when trying on single devices. Tried as you tools to restart java but without success. One of the devices reporting this. {"code":500,"message":"MCP Session terminated","errorStack":[],"apiError":32768003} Still strange as its only one device and we using same account on all devices.
