Device 'quick actions` #1402

This idea would follow 1 of 2 patterns:

Allow for Devices to announce, after connection, 'quick actions' they support.

These actions could be things like "reset config".

The actions would be in their firmware, and possibly be a NervesHubLink Extension.

Or

Allow for Support Scripts to become buttons on the Device page, allowing for easy access to the scripts that the support team run.
