I've noticed a lot of strange things on OpenShift lately. I've been able to isolate three concrete issues, but I've also run into some other intermittent and harder to describe issues. Not sure if its something already tracked or not so I figured I'd share some of what I've found here first. I'm also happy to jump on a call to walk someone through what I am seeing.

The issue title here isn't helpful and it's difficult to have a conversation about the issues when they are hidden in a PDF document. Could we extract the issues in the PDF into three distinct github issues?
