GraphGists Show Title of "Preview"

Most GraphGists (all?) are showing the title of "Preview" at the top on Neo4j.com

"Suggest showing the title in the appropriate spot, and having a yellow bar below the blue bar that just says "Warning: unapproved GraphGist. For approval, developers should (link)submit to Neo4j(/link)"

The problem I was getting is that searching for GraphGists on the web results in a lot that end up redirecting to these pages. We should go through and approve all those we find that are valid and in the google search index. Will work on that part with Cristina."
