This looks like an amazing library! I really appreciate the dual operational primitives of sync/async unified into a single interface. However, I'm not sure I can use this without any tests. Are there tests somewhere that I'm missing?

Hey there! Unfortunately, tests are still to be implemented. Let's say I'm 90% sure everything works :p Just kidding, I'll leave this issue open up until everything is thoroughly tested.
