[BUG] - conda-store UI is broken after upgrading conda-store to 2024.6.1

Describe the bug

When deploying locally from f2f5a5b and visiting the conda-store UI, I get the following error:

Expected behavior

I'd hope to see the conda-store UI

OS and architecture in which you are running Nebari

macOS arm64

How to Reproduce the problem?

Deploy Nebari from f2f5a5b and navigate to /conda-store

This seems to be a bug with conda-store itself rather than Nebari
