[feature] Add an option to minimize/collapse items when they are hidden, to reduce clutter in the block editor

What problem does this address?

When having varying layouts for seasonal events, it gets messy very fast in the block editor.

What is your proposed solution?

Minimize hidden blocks inside of a dropdown menu that can be expanded to edit the blocks if needed. Probably add dropdown menu text in this format: "{block name} (hidden)"
