Beschreibung

Mit 2cae4b8 wurde der neue Workflow "TypeScript Syntax Checks" (tsc-check) eingeführt. Der Workflow sollte dokumentiert werden. Diese Doku kann sich in vielen Teilen dann auf Docs aus @northware/tsconfig berufen und auch das Script tsc-check selbst soll dort und nicht in den Workflow Docs dokumentiert werden.
