The BeagleConnect Freedom is a CC1352P7 based device that looks like a really good candidate to be supported in Sniffle.

What would be required to get it working?

Seems like a nice device. It appears to use the same pinout for UART as the Launchpad boards with DIO12 and DIO13 used for RX and TX respectively. Thus, the Sniffle firmware build for CC1352P7 will probably just work out-of-the-box.
