Missing information the the REST API payload for ontology classes

• missing axiom annotations. In the OWL the definition and the synonym have provenance, modeled using axiom annotations, as is standard for OBO, but these are missing in the API
• missing synonym scopes and synonym types. In the OWL arteria hyaloidea is both EXACT and LATIN. hyaloid arteries is RELATED and PLURAL. But this information is missing here
• missing curated mappings. In Uberon we have high quality curated xrefs but these are not visible in the API. http://data.bioontology.org/ontologies/UBERON/classes/http%3A%2F%2Fpurl.obolibrary.org%2Fobo%2FUBERON_0002270/mappings links to LOOM mappings but the curated mappings should take priority
• semantic type is blank. (we should have a broader discussion about obo-core and biolink model here)
• the parents link takes us to the isa and part-of parents, but
  • there is no way to tell the is-a from part-of
  • we are missing other logical axioms such as develops-from
