rebrand to run.dlang.io #4

At DConf I had the idea to rebrand DPaste as run.dlang.io, because

paste is actually a confusing name
run.dlang.io is a short and concise name for what it's actually doing

@nazriel what do you think about this? Maybe we can do this together once the new backend is live?
