Add donation addresses to the bounty programs

On the bounties page, we should have the cold staking addresses of each bounty program so they can be publicly monitored but more importantly be donated to.

it would be worth putting in a paragraph of text about donating, the address as a link that will open in the navcoin core/navpay/next wallet and perhaps a QR code of the link as well.

It could also be good to link to the knowledge base page about donating your stakes to the the funds.

I would just reuse one of the panels we have that has the image on the left or right, with the title, text and link on the other side. The image could be the QR code.
