[Stacked Plots] Items unable to be selected on initial drop into stacked plot

Summary

On initial drop into a stacked plot, the item is unable to be selected.

Expected vs Current Behavior

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a stacked plot and save it
2. Drag and Drop an item into the stacked plot which will put it into edit mode
3. Try to select the item to edit it's properties
4. you cant
5. Save it and then edit it again, try to select and you can
6. Save it again. Drag and drop a second item into the plot
7. you can't select that one, but you can select the one that was already there

Workaround is to save and then edit the stacked plot, then the item will be selectable.

I'm not sure this is an issue? @charlesh88 and @akhenry this ONLY happens on initial drop when the view is put into edit mode (transaction) so the item dropped in isn't technically saved (formally) in the composition of the parent, so it seems to not let you modify it. Could be desired or not, not totally sure. once you save it and edit it, you can select it though.
