ECI building with Equuleus

I have ECI building with Equuleus and have tested NoOp, Reset, and starting to test with other commands and looking at telemetry. There is a lot of work to do to get ECI setup with the current cmake files, directory structure, etc. But the code is compiling and running.

I see that there are branches to port ECI to Bootes and Caelum but nothing on those branches has changed for several years.

Has there been any other work on ECI to newer releases of CFS?
