For FY23, we will focus on how to tell the user the cloud location, not subsetting.

Status update Nov 2022:

first prototype using an extra column in an SIA result
was presented to IVOA Oct. 2022
IVOA would prefer serving it instead as a DataLink
new prototype in development

Next steps:

experiment with new prototype
update IVOA in May Interop
depending on feedback, proceed with pyvo PR
