Source for a calculator used to see if profit can be guaranteed from given odds

Note:

Odds are only support a maximum of 2dp

Program usage:

ThreadedBetting.exe <betting limit> <odd 1> <odd 2> ...
    
    i.e - ThreadedBetting.exe 10000 1.5 2 17

Any number of odds can be added

Odds much be no more accurate than 2dp
