No subtitle option on mac

I am on Mac, latest version of davinci resolve and the script

The option to make text from subtitles is simply not there. I have the script downloaded and I open davinci through the resolvelauncher. Cannot figure out whats going wrong here

python is not installed or not visible from davinci resolve.
Did you see any errors in the python setup?

I got a different script working but for purposes of the forum, I re ran the python setup to verify- looks like this (below) may be the issue. Thanks

Is python3 usable when davinci resolve is started normally?
