Can't auto indent in insert mode

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. enter insert mode
2. type {
3. type <Enter>

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Cursor should be indented, but not.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r15 on linux

Please provide any additional information below.
The 'indentkeys' has been set to empty in r15, is it right?

This works properly for me for <script> embedded in html, but not with a pure 
.js file

That's because the indentkeys has been removed.  I was planning on writing my 
own key bindings to trigger indentation.  I was having lots of problems with 
indentkeys.  Will let you know the plan forward.
