how to setup phpunit for code coverage #1969

i have changed the structure a bit to isolate the tests from the logic ex.

however i've tried multiple configs

in that case the report is including the modules files but all as 0 & if i set processUncoveredFiles="true" only the app folder will be reported.

so any help of a working example is appreciated.
