Blueprint Generation

I would be nice to have a combination of the modules and this project https://blueprint.laravelshift.com/
Unfortunately I do not know enough to make these changes. Ideal would be to have a folder in Modules called YML, in there you can add a file like blog.yml in this file you can define how you want the module to work. You can than run a command to generate the module. If the module was created before it is skipped just like when install modules. But will will allow for a super quick generation of a module with all the working components.
