Help page section on policy on removing a requester's access to a response to their request #1442

Following the conclusion of the now private discussion at https://github.com/mysociety/whatdotheyknow-private/issues/88 we should say something about this subject in public. (I don't think it is concluded yet)

The appropriate place for a public note would be:

A note on the help page could lead to blogs, tweets or other activity.

We might want to address how we deal with non-FOI correspondence.

There has been no activity on the private discussion for a month.

We have had a couple of cases of sensitive SAR responses being sent to requester's via WDTK which have posed difficult decisions on if we should allow the requester to continue to access the responses.

This issue is being closed due to a lack of discussion or resolution for over 12 months. Should we decide to revisit this issue in the future, it can be reopened.
