For the Scottish Parliament, we need three different categories of things that in practice are written questions:

• Scottish Parliament Corporate Body (SPCB) questions
• Written Questions
• Government Initiated Questions (GIQs)

The Scottish Parliament search page does let you filter just by answered questions - and the date range seems to work based on last updated - so a search for the last few weeks should consistently pick up all questions answered recently. Then the question page just needs to be scraped. This is a similar pattern to the new SP scraper - so probably useful bits to build on there.
