I managed to download member XML files (using crawl-members). lazyrunall.py runs without error. Folder structure is created in parldata folder but no xml data is generated. Has the Cloudflare protection stopped this tool from working altogether?

What are you trying to achieve? lazyrunall.py is only used for the Northern Ireland assembly and the Register of Members Interests nowadays.

If it is the register, then the up-to-date output from that can be found by e.g. TheyWorkForYou footer > Raw Data > Members > register section. Hope that's helpful.
