e.g https://www.theyworkforyou.com/debates/?id=2021-07-05b.690.2#g702.0 has two votes titled "Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill — New Clause 98 - Offence of pet theft" but the second is for the bill to proceed to a third reading.
