And besides that, we are working on a calendar of public holidays to see if that could be take in consideration into the second phase? To really establish the term or the deadlines in which a Public entity must respond a resquest?

Probably as part of mysociety/alaveteli#1931

@jbaezni you can add the Nicaragua public holidays at /admin/holidays
