Message from partner:

'One of our user try to introduce a description for his profile but he receive an error message.

The user is : https://transparencia.be/user/1210sjtn

When I log in as 1210SJTN I've the same problem (see screen capture in attachement).

The error message is in english : "You can't update your profile text at this time."'
