Extra options for admins / power users playing the classification game

On WhatDoTheyKnow we have some experienced users and admins classifying requests.

Can we make more use of this effort by:

• Making it easier to tag requests which are notable for campaigning reasons.
• Make it easy to tag a request with refusal reasons
• Making it easier to flag requests with common issues, eg. misformatted tables

Being able to quickly and easily add annotations using the official site account, ideally via canned annotations might be good too.

This is a vague ticket at the moment arising from the idea that we have experienced people with a request/response "in their head" as they classify, and my thought is there might be the opportunity to do more than merely classify.

Classifiers might prefer just to plough through the classification without being distracted by more possible actions.

Flagging commercial use is something which could be done.

Any request tagging could be done and made easier.
